Key Objective:

To train and develop participants to become confident and versatile comperes with a
compelling stage presence. To be familiar in the use of microphones and other technical
equipment.

Who will benefit:

Beginners, Students, adults aspiring for a part-time/full time career in compering.

Course Curriculum:

• Basic Rules (do’s and don’ts)
• Personality and Showmanship (Attire, Verbal & Non Verbal Communication)
• Voice Training (variation of delivery – pace pitch volume tone etc.)
• Pre compeering preparations (know your event)
• Introduction tips for Impact

Methodology:
Practical training sessions covering:

• Opening and closing of the event
• Sequence and Timing of Program
• Speech Training Exercises for Effective delivery.
• Handling unforeseen situations (Technical disruptions, absence of Performers, etc.)
• Motivation and Personal Involvement

 

Sessions Duration Could be arranged to suit participants’ requirement and/or convenience – Individuals or Groups
Course Evaluation Culminates with a one day workshop on live compering/being a Master of Ceremonies at a given event.
Course Outcome At the end of the course participants would be able to reach out to the people and manage given events with grace, ease and poise.
